Battery Status Check 


Dear reader you can check you battery status with very simple command. We have two method to run  our command one is power shell and classic windows command prompt. 

Windows PowerShell command 


  • Open powershell by "windows key + X"  and select "Windows PowerShell"






  • Type following command "powercfg /batteryreport"





  • It will automatically generate a HTML file in your profile path.




This HTML file will look like given below image. 
This image contain many other information of your laptop battery like manufacturer, serial number, capacity etc.

Battery Report

















The battery report is a HTML   page that I already mention  above, battery information under many sections. In first section you will find the name and product name of your computer, the BIOS and OS build version, whether the PC supports Connected Standby, and the time the report was generated.

Its shows important detail dabout the battery that is battery DESIGN CAPACITY, FULL CHARGE CAPACITY and CYCLE COUNT.

Recent Usage






































The “Recent Usage” section of your battery report displays the device’s power states over the last three days. You can see when your device started, when it was suspended, and how much battery capacity drained over time. The capacity remaining is displayed as both a battery percentage and a number in mWh.
