Rich Text and Image Signature in Windows Live Mail

How to add rich Image and Text in Windows Live Mail

Save the mail as HTML. as shown in images

Now go to Option, Mail Signature.

And select Edit Signature, File, Browse. 

Then select your html file. 

Check with new mail.....
